Regs required to CAST the spell are 14 gold NPC vendor cost and 18 gold PLAYER vendor cost...
With a high chance to fail each cast this will obviously cost you much more than this...but with scrolls you will have a 100% chance to summon!!!
Bidding starts at 15 gold per scroll = 7,500 gold
Buyouts will be considered...
