I recognise that location, it's where I owned my first house on this shard. Also lived there in a tower on another shard for 2 years. Very nice spot.

Bump, still looking for the owner of this house.
House has some decay over the weekend, but has been renewed recently. Looks like this is another case of someone logging into game to
just refresh the house

Try leaving a book on the porch. The owner might not check the forums, but they will see that when they refresh it.

why does everyone assume that if they dont get a respon on forum that a person is not playing .... maybe he just doenst want to be contacted by u for what reason whatsoever ever thought of that ?

Because odds are that's true. The signs are evident that this isn't their main house. With a server that allows you to have 15 different houses, this also pushes the probability. And I've left a good reason for them to contact me, thus there'd be no reason to not leave a reply.
