Vigilant Vendors Real Estate here again with our largest housing sale ever! The old N$C Village is up for grabs!! This small town is located in the Northern Territories at the tip of a peninsula surrounded by trees. It contains an L shape and 3 small houses. This is perfect for a small guild, just starting out. There are housing plots perfect for smalls just to the NW of the town, giving you plenty of room to expand.

I'm not going to try to hype it up by saying anything larger will fit than what's already there. It has been tried many times. Because of the shape of the land, the only houses that will fit are the ones which are already there. I can tell you how to squeeze an extra small in, if you're interested.

Because of its secluded location, nobody ever wanders around here, giving you almost NO foot traffic. I can honestly say (excluding Halloween), in the year and a half I lived there, I've seen, maybe, 4 or 5 people walk by. The spawn is your normal Northern Territories spawn at a manageable level. One run with a bard or dexxer can clear the area out. The town is right on the shoreline of your own private bay.

There are no towns, shrines, or dungeons anywhere nearby. The closest of any of these is the Justice shrine, which is still quite a trek. The area comes with your own Wandering Healer, which spawns nearby. Sometimes, he's even standing NEXT to the main house, just waiting for you to need him.

I have lived here myself for a year and a half and have been very happy with it. I am reluctant to sell it, but it's time for me to move up in the world. I've lived in this L shape for so long, and I'm looking to upgrade to a tower or keep.

Don't everyone get a hardon because of this. I am not in the practice of giving loans. Mardas is a trusted ally, which is why this was available to him and ONLY him. Furthermore, Mardas did not ask for the loan. The deal was offered by me as a show of trust between allies.

Most likely, I will not be offering financing on ANY further properties. The only reason I made our deal public was for record-keeping purposes.
