SOLD - Small, 4 Tiles from Guards, on West Britain Mountains

I am selling off this small now that I no longer need the space. I bought it for my daughter, but she moved into my new Tower now, so this small is up for sale.
I just bought this a month or so ago, from Telamon, so I will be using his flikr photo, and he will likely broker the transaction, unless the buyer prefers another reputable broker to handle it.
/Edit: Set price, Deed+20K, no bidding. I'll close the thread if/when it sells. No skin off my back to hold on to it until then.

Hah, ok, I guess everyone's gone over to IPY.
I'm gonna sit on this but if anyone wants the buyout on it, it's gonna be Deed+20k now.

House sold for Deed+20K. No broker needed. Deed for transfer, 20k at bank after.
Smooth as glass, many thanks to the buyer. I hope you enjoy this sweet little spot.

Trade was smooth. No broker necessary. When character to own house had issues due to being co-owned, Blaise waited for me to get my shit together. Thank you Blaise for swift transaction.
