Vigilant Vendors Real Estate has another house for sale! This small house is located right on a small mountain near Minoc and a short sail from the Minoc Mines.

Neighbors are sparse here, and most of the other houses around are also mining houses. The foot traffic is minimal, and the spawn is almost non-existant.

There's not much more I can say about this area, so I'll go ahead and start the bidding.
