UO Second Age

i have a problem : when i enter Second Age and choose whith which character i log in , after ' entering britannia ' all the gameplay window disappears and i can't play , i can hear the in game sounds but can't see anything . this problem has already happened to me on other shards but was a passing thing , but now this thing doesn't go away : how can i do ? thank you

c:\program files\EA games\UO directory\Desktop\username\

delete the username directory.

are there any tabs at the bottom of the screen?

Aye, need to rightclick on the wondow tab in the task bar, choose move, hit an arrow key, then drag your mouse around

now i noticed that the problem is only with one of my character , now i tried to log in with another char and all was ok ; the problem is with my first character , when i log in the gameplay window disappears ; my character is in the sewers of britain : is in that place any problem ? maybe there are bugs for who goes there . what can i do ? thank you

problem solved : the gameplay window was reduced at icon so i enlarged it

The client saves window positions for each character, and sometimes it messes up and moves your window off screen
