dead vendors.. there are barely any vendors on this shard at all that keep stocked lately, someone needs to take up the challenge

vendor right outside trin west entrance is up, just go out the west entrance, go north to the tower that has a rune library, i sell regs,kegs and scrolls of all types, the kegs are a little low right now but will be restocking probably tommorow
