Trinsic Tower (Near swamps but not in) - New Lower Price

Location: This tower is located north of city Trinsic near the swamp. There is a nice front yard area and the trees on either side will prevent house crowding. The tower itself has very little spawn directly near it that I've come across, but as you enter the swamp, you will find plenty of alligators. Directly south east by one screen is a ruin with ghouls and skeletons which makes this house perfect for new characters looking to kill some monsters at an easy level.
NEW LOWER PRICE: Price is Tower deed + Small deed and will be transferred by a shard trusted broker.
