Vial of Blood (not rare)
the crystal ball is "a crystal ball", ask and answer
Bloody bandage
Demon bone armour is sold as a set
ranger armor tunic and gloves are blessed
helmet from the scavenger hunt
costumes are : gargoyle, mongbat and 2x earth elementals

the vial of blood comes from blood elemental is worth prolly 5 gp by the way but i think u got phoenix armor mixed up with ranger armor..
