Tips on startup won't go away

I've clicked the box to not show tips on startup, but it still pops up every time. This seems to be a problem on all my accounts, too. Sometimes when I log in, the box becomes unchecked all on its own.

try clossing every client - open 1 client - log in - disable them- log out - close the client out completly- open a refresh open - log in - check if it went away

Not that it matters, but when I click 'Next Tip' it closes the tips instead.
