Razor skipping a restock agent item

Very frequently my restock agent will skip an item that is in the middle of the list and I will have to keep attempting to restock until it picks it up. Usually takes 2 or 3 activations. What is wrong here that I'm missing?

make sure you have action delay in options in razor set to 1000ms

I've experienced this same issue and my object delay is correct. Usually happens if you're trying to restock more than 3 items, i've noticed.
