Crown Firewroks Co. and Elves?

I've not been on this shard long and while wandering the woods just now I came upon a building in the middle of the forest with a sign out front that says "Crown Fireworks Co." One friendly guy inside and three green highly hostile, 6-7 spell circle spamming terds greeting me (and many other visitors from the number of bones everywhere). Is this a random spawn or something specific to this shard? And is there much point to messing with them?

Can you toss up a screenshot of the location or at least give us some coordinates?
I'm afraid "a building in the middle of the forest" doesn't narrow it down much.

Wow that is cool. I used to own a marble patio on the SE side of the little lake at the end of the river in the shot. Really nice-looking area, for a bunch of pixels in a late-90's game. Cool house too.
