Quick Question about PvP Spells

Hello Everyone,
What is the best spell combo to start out to quick kill someone on my PKer.
Newer to the shard, but havnt done a whole lot of PvP. Except being on the bad end of the stick.
I do not feel like being the Red-Headed Step Child of UO anymore
My toon in the making is a battle/mage
100 Str, 35 Dex, 90 Int
EI, Magery, Resist, Tac, Swords, Wrestle, Med will all be 100
