Up for sale are 3 of the 4 Magincia Beach Houses. This is an uber location, and would make an amazing vendor mall!!!!! All houses are 1 step from guard zone! Small brick is not included - all 3 Sandstone houses are for sale.
Rules: I reserve the right to sell at any time, end at any time, or not sell if minimum is not reached.
Duration: 1 week from today maximum (8pm CST June 6th)
Price: minimum - Tower Deed
Buyout: Keep Deed
Broker: Self or Telamon of [WL]
These houses have been on lockdown for a very very long time, so grab them while you can!!!!!

I do not believe so. The beach drops off at the back and I think smalls are all that will go here.

I remember the ole shard i was on that a 2 story fitted there where the brick and the other small was. just saying its an awesome spot.

Old Shards had to be placed in the 1st Age for it to be a Smithy/Brick/2Story
If you notice any houses in this spot on Trammel would only be a Villa.
