I know who owns that vendor shop. I can talk to him for you, but I doubt he will sell it. He doesn't sell his real estate.

EDIT: I just called him on the phone. I told him someone was interested in his shop. I tried to ask if he wanted to sell it but before I even finished the question, he stopped me with an emphatic "Nope!".

I told him some of the numbers that were being tossed around, but he was adamant.

I've been trying to buy a small in Ocllo from him for over a year, now. I even offered him 500k for it, but he won't budge. A while back, someone else tried buying a tower from him. They offered him a great price, as well, but he wouldn't sell that either. He doesn't sell his houses.

when did this area become so hot? i had a small once on the other side of that lshape i had to deed up because i couldn't get +10k
