i just started and my character got deleted!

am i banned? i dont know why...but both me and my little brothers account got deleted. I'm very new to this so im not sure whats happening. A little information would be very appreciated.

Neither characters nor accounts are deleted unless you're banned. I'd do the following:
1.- Be SURE you are entering the right username, otherwise you are just creating another account, and it will appear as if you don't have a character.
2.- Be SURE that on the second screen you are clicking on Second Age, and not the Test Server or the Tutorial.
If neither of those get the job done, try PM'ing one of the shard's GM's: Derrick, Kaivan, Yoda, Braden or Nevermore.
