lol I went to go buy it off his vendor and its not what he said it is. not a +25 Vanq its olny a Vanq. I believe this is consdier scamming if im not mistaken?

I dont know this person, so I can't say anything for sure but looking at this post and I dont see anything about a vendor. Also, there is no buyout mentioned, he says 90K OBO (Or Best Offer)

Where is this vendor that the scam is taking place when he didnt post a vendor, or buyout, but was taking bids on the item?

Like I said I dont know him but see nothing on this thread other than the option to bid on the item and the post was not edited.

clearly you just don't know anything by looking at the situation. "Reply here, or IRC Marty Funkhouser" as you can see with you're eyes he did not post here so clearly he talked to him in irc via a private message and as such he told him to buy the item off the vendor at X location, and as such advertising your scam on the forums is banable. even if the rest of the deal was worked out else were hes still adverting the sale of said item here and them attempting to scam people.

I bought a load of random T-maps of him last night and they were good. Seems like an honest fellow, was probably just an honest mistake.

no problem man just a heads up when you equip a wep with a tactic bonus it say your tactics have increased by 5 10 15 20 or 25 and its clearly marked on the wep when you id it.

you can prob get 10 to 12k for that hally tho

the OP is confused on prices. he tried offering me the same deal publicly, in my thread (minus the +25 he put on the hally) but still a big mistake. +25 vanq means he weapon is worth 100k. no tactics on a vanq hally means it's about 10-20. i told you i'd give you 15k. nobody is going to buy your package deal because basically you're asking someone to shell out an extra 70-75k for a garbage wep.

Sorry guys, I wasn't trying to ignite a firestorm of controversy or anything. I just saw the one guy selling a hally for 100k and thought i had the same exact thing (because he didn't say Surpassingly Accurate in his post, just vanquishing). I accidentally confused surpassingly accurate rating for the vanquishing bonus.

Clearly i was mistaken. Cut me some slack; i am pretty rusty in UO. I haven't played since the late 1990s (only been back for about 2 months). I couldn't look them up on UO stratics because all of the stats have changed. I would have returned the gold to the guy if he bought and wasn't happy. Certainly if i were in his shoes, i would have been pretty upset too.

If anyone wants at a reasonable price let me know.

calvert just kindly sold me the hally for 12k even though i offered 15k. this thread was a clear misunderstanding. he is trustworthy and his name has been cleared.

Ya I am not upset by anymeans I app your honesty when you realized it was a mistake. Mistakes can occure in a game lol no harm done here. I was excited about a +25 vanq hally tho good luck with your auctions in the furture id glady bid on your weps again.
