Mind you holding Gheal for longer then you would need on a glass tank is lame, just like it is on any PvP character. Five seconds is more then enough to last though a weapon cycle and a juke.

its not okay to do it because 'just staying alive' for a long fight is not an accomplishment and holding heal will slow down how quickly you can follow a big hally hit with a combo

anat tanks should be played more offensively not defensively

It's not about prolonging the fight panther. I often use g-heal to fast cast my next spell after moving in for a hally hit when at low mana. I end up cancelling it alot, but its key at the right moment.

Also if you have ever run an anatomy tank, you will know it's not fun getting caught with your weapon down, especially in 2v1's. I say its worth working into combo's and close range fighting. Just don't hold it for upwards of 5 seconds.
