regs in bulk?

Anyone know of any vendors that keep regs stocked in bulk? I have a couple of chars that I'm wanting to work with on magery but I'd hate to run from city to city buying out vendors.

You can easily go to Shadowmire, the player town and buy any reg in bulk, but you'll pay more than you would at vendors.
