SOLD: Two Story, Good Spawn, No close neighbors

This was just recently sold on here for Two Story Deed + Two Small Deeds, as such, that is the Buy-Out Price on this spot.
The price was a bit high, but I took it as a trade in based on that value, towards a tower I sold.
Anyway, this house is back on the market. It is north west of Trinsic, just off of the road south of the bridge between Trinsic and Britain.
The spawn in the area is decent for anyone starting out, or particularly crafting (with all the trees around).
There are Ettins, Ratmen, Trolls, an occasional Water Elemental and the Brigand Camp is a screen or so away.
I raided that camp once and got a magic halberd (only accurate of might, but still decent for a newb) and some magic shorts, so it's a decent spawn as well.
I've left a loom and spinning and large forge, as well as a couple paintings and other misc minor resources.
Bidding starts at Deed + Small Deed, and I will run this listing until July 15th, unless the Buy-Out is met.
