Selling this 2 story near entrance to Hythloth.
There is not that much spawn here. This 2 story and the tower behind (both of which placed by yours truly) has blocked off a lot of spawn. I found a giant serpant and a snake in the surrounding penninsula when selling the tower and placing this house.
The entrance to Hythloth is the grey building on the map.
Room for some surrounding smalls if you want a little fishing village.
Bids start: 2 Story Deed + 10k
Buyout: 2 Story Deed + Small house deed
My preferred broker is Kith.
