You just don't get it it do you? Not the same person. I sold the blockers to someone in IL. How Ivy ended up with house, you'll have to ask them.
The castles were sold late last year. Just FYI, Telamon, I own (1) large brick, and (1) small house that is blocking that keep spot (which I'll sell for 2 smalls so I can be done with it). I don't have the time to continue refreshing houses so it's yours or whoever owns it for that low low price.

Forgive my ignorance but what is the benefit and/or negative to having runes to your wells? Is it just that a person can recall in and possibly attack you through walls?

Except it could only happen if you are a newbster and you leave your character AFK standing near the wall, in any type of house for that matter. No newbster, no danger.
