UO Second Age

Right, first time ever doing a quest on t2a. But yea found a guy in west brit saying his daughter has been kidnapped my a necromancer. tried to ask him where the necro is, but all he kept telling me was that i was not strong enough or something and i should get a group of people to do the quest, fair enough i aint that strong at the moment, but ive killed dragons n stuff. So do certain quests require a certain skill level to start?
Ive got the 700 skill points but only 2 skills gmed atm.

He's telling you to bring friends. I think you only need to say "ok" to that.

Is the script fixed?

So is this a quest you can only do in a party?
or can i just say ok and carry on?
saying that, ill just try it out when i get home soon
