Selling Waterfront Tower on Grass!

I'm looking to sell my tower on grass with water on two sides. The tower is located north of Trinsic on the water, with water also to it's right. One tile from the water! It can also be moved back a few tiles if you want more of a front lawn. Feel free to post offers or PM me!

You'll see an occasional ratman or ettin, but definitely not a lot.

seriously though great location i'd be interested if i wasn't tied down to my tower.
