Normal forest spawn, right by a stretch of beach large enough for a boat.

Not too many houses in this area, southwest from THB 30.

Will be sold by in game char Weathersky.

Min Bid is Deed + 10k, Buyout Deed + small. Auction will run for 7 days.

Can't see paying any more...hostile neighbors. While checking your property out I got PK'ed by a guy in the tower below you. Didn't get to fully investigate the house.

That bid has already been made, if you want the house you should bid more than the previous bidder.

My bid is a back up to the previous min bid. Meaning if they back out, I will pay the min bid. Just not willing to pay anything more then that. Someone bids higher then they can have it. I've been watching these forums and retracted bids are commonplace.

Unless someone offers me the same type of house before this auction ends. I wont be retracting my bid:P

Nothing wrong with bloodthristy good house security and your good. Plus if they mess with you means you can do the same to them:) Plus it means you'll always find some action!

(hehe) So very true. Still a newb Bard though...I can't sing them to death -- Sure a few birds fall dead out of the trees from my superior singing voice, but surprising ineffectual against Red PK's...ever need to find me follow the trail of dead birds and occasional mogbat.

Pantyhose: Sorry to see you suffering mishap from red names. Hope you didn't lose much. But if you could get inside the house as I could, that wouldn't be a problem at all. There's plenty of space inside for safe macroing from anyone once you are familiar with good housing security practices.

I didn't lose anything...I went to check it out with just a few travel rations. I wish you luck on your auction.

Ok got a bigger house today so Im retracting my bid now sorry....auction just lasted to long to wait.
