[SOLD] Selling Secluded Trinsic Tower (forest, no-low spawn)

Selling this tower located north of Trinsic. Amazingly secluded (no neighbors for several screens), spawn is usually forest animals (deers, wolves), very rarely will you get aggressive spawn, and even then its usually just a single ratman or orc that wandered into the area.
There is room in front of the tower to place a small as well, however you would need to redeed the tower to place the small.

No courtyard runes...
