ok so I played uo back in '99 for a few years and there are some things that escape me from that long ago, so here are my questions:

are non newbie spellbooks blessed?

is it true that newbie musical instruments can't break?

is it also true that if I place a newbie item in a bag, that the bag cannot be stolen?

that's all for now, I'm sure more will come flooding back as I dig deeper into the shard

Newbied items are only safe in the "top most layer" of your backpack, meaning, not inside another container.

I have never had a newbied instrument break, and I have used them A LOT.

newb instruments don't break.

I've been using the same lute for 6 months.
