UO Second Age

I am quitting UO (again), but this time I really don't intend to come back until at best next summer. So I am giving away all of my belongings.

All of them!

How can you claim some of these goods? Simple.

I will put everything I own in a small one room house on the Vesper West Strip. On Sunday November 23rd, 2008 between 9 and 9:15 EST, you will be able to collect the the loot in that house.

FAQ:

Q:Why between 9 and 9:15 p.m.?

A: Because at some random point in that time frame is when I will show up to make things start. The event will keep going until all the loot is collected.

Q: What loot do you have?

A: I have a ton of weapons, masks, maps and the like. I also have a few larger items: 10 checks for 5k gold, 5 checks for 10k gold, 1 check for 100k gold, two small house deeds, a big ol' bag of reagents and a big ol' bag of exceptional quarterstaves.

Q: So we just grab the loot and run?

A: Yes, except a few items will not be there due to their weight or other issues. Instead, there will be books that act as tickets to claim these items. So if you see a small blue book, grab it! And run before someone takes it from you.

Q: Anything else?

A: Yes, I certainly hope some of you show up and kill the hell out of each other.

Damn bro, sorry to hear you are quitting. I am going to miss our conversations that we had while I was at your vendors checking out your goods and other times I happened to see you. I still remember when you dropped your trapped box outside of my vendor house and like and idiot I grabbed it forgetting that Razor auto looks in new bags/boxes. Talk about a nice BOOM! Luckily I didn't have anything on me.

haha i did this on metropolis once and explosion trapped everything in the house before i dropped it. it was fun watching about 15 people all die within 10 secs of the house falling lol

just thought id throw that out there for anyone considering to attend this event.
