I looked into this and Medium and Large crates are labeled as crate in both E and N directions. Only the small crates are labeled differently. I'm not sure if this is accurate either but it should be looked into. Good eye!

Interesting. The labels though come from the OSI localization (language) files for each item. This may however be something that was broken after the localization changes which I believe occurred near the end of or after our time-frame.
