I voted, but I have a feeling these sites don't bring in as much traffic as google anymore. UOSA is now #5 on the results of a google search for "ultima online". Just below the wikipedia entry and uo.com:

I'm thinking maybe the front page's title should be changed. "Second Age | UO T2A The Way It Was | UO Free Shard | Ultima Online Free Server | Free MMORPG" looks an
awful lot like spam. Might be causing a lot of people to ignore it, despite being #5. (It also looks like keyword-stuffing, which google may be penalizing it for.)
Maybe shorten it to: "Second Age - UO T2A, The Way It Was".
