Well i decided ill hang onto it for now since the uo economy is down and not enough people play here anymore. This shard is dying but you people dont see it. We need more events... More things to keep the citizens on UOSA interested in playing here. Since the other "place" came back around.. I only see the same players here and alot of newbies that never make it to be successful. Sorry to transform my post from a house sell to what i really think. But who else feels the same way? This shard could be alot better then what it already is.. If we had more population... Im not going anywhere... But if someone comes up with the cash i will sell it. Untill then. Im going to be laying low.

*raises hand* the local sociopaths ruined the shard. Not the game. Look at all the past posts of noobs that get talked down to and spatted on and called trammies n such.

At the same time the so called "non trammies" cry about trammy gear being changed to non trammy gear.

how about you turn this keep into a newbie housing until you may sell it in winter for better gold?
i know there are some newbie projects but this way, you give a group og uber nubs something like a cool feeling
if they logg in ;]

That is an awesome idea Arsen. He wouldn't have to worry as much about refreshing it either. Germans always have good ideas.

This post struck me, because this is exactly what we are trying to do with UWL

I remember there was a big boom for keeps last year towards the end of summer. Those keeps were going for 1.2+ but were more secluded and in a better area. Telamon/Glenco could correct me if I'm wrong but maybe a 80% mark up on a keep that is surrounded by other houses (woods/grass is a + though) is too much.. no matter how the "uosa economy" is.

Well considering the location. It's a great spot for pvp because it is near TG village. Close to Brit/Skara /Mountains/Woods/Spawns. And also.. Your not going to be able to find a keep spot on here thats placeable because of the fact that Telamon has the housing market on lock down. But he is willing to broker this lovely keep for sell. ^ Bump for leetness! I need to upgrade the pics because this keep is being sold as is.
