10,950 hides for small house deed (4gp each) [SOLD]

Hi folks,
As per title, I have 10,950 cut hides that I will trade for a small house deed.
We'll meet at a bank, I get paid, then I transfer the hides either as one lot or manageable chunks if you prefer.
