UO Second Age

Hello

I am returning to UO after 10 years. I am developing a pure Mage character and I would like to know if the Poisoning skill allows the Mage to cast Deadly Poison with the Poison spell. According to the UO Stratics page it does but I cannot tell if this UOSA shard allows the same. It is apparent there are differences between this UOSA and the other.

Poisoning will not allow mages to cast deadly poison. I think that was UO:R.

Poisoning doesn't affect the level of poison cast by mages at all.
