rare kilt?

I recieved this kilt from a friend who quit, he said that the blessing on it was pre-patch and had been done at christmas time. I'm not sure what it is worth, but after asking around brit bank I was told by one person (Spins) 25k, and another person 400k.
I am putting this up for sale on the forums in hopes that I will get a fair price for it. Please make me an offer if you are interested in this Blessed Kilt, the colour number is 1109 (according to razor).

kilts are newbied items. Why not just make a character with one and save yourself the use of a CBD?

Because newbie items break, but then again, pre-patch blessed might as well eventually.
