2 small houses are for auction.
The auction will run for 24 hours.
The houses may be purchased together or seperatly.
Please bid below. In-game transfer of the houses will be arranged via Forum PM, or ICQ.
Willing to arrange a broker.
Min. Bid is - 1x small deed + 10k per house.
Below are pictures of the houses, the surrounding spawn is very mild and consists of:
Trolls, harpies, ratmen, orcs and the like.
The southern most house is closest to the guard post, with the second house place a screen or two towards the north.
Both houses are in walking distance from : Yew (directly SE of yew portal), the Ratmen area, as well as Yew Cemetary.
Both houses are emtpy with NO furniture.
