Verigying account problem

Hey im a noob which needs help. I installed U0 and patch the 5 point sumat patch but when i try loading uo up through razor it just dosent go by veruifying account . please help

Make sure you've got the servername spelled correctly (uosecondage.com) , port 2593. Be sure "Patch Client Encryption" is checked, and that "Use OSI Encryption" is unchecked.

If this doesn't work, what do you get for an error message?
