Correct, magic heater shields stopped dropping over a year ago.

they give the best ar and defff almos a rare commoditie as you almost never see anyone with them anywhere

When did they stop dropping? That's strange. Not era accurate to have heater shields?

Magic heater shields stopped dropping (as well as magic bronze shields) in early 2010 as their dropping was found to be NEA. There are quite a few out there though so it would be hard to say what one is worth...
