There is almost no spawn here, and there is docks/dueling arena and an apple tree with a bench.

If someone buys 12 tickets (60k) the house is theirs.

Hicha, I disagree completely. People pay ~11K at Hangmans for a chance to win a small, and People pay ~9K at great hart running for a chance to win a small. 5k for a chance at a small is pretty reasonable. I'm sure the raffle will be a success, I am patient and I will wait for all 12 people to chime in... since there is no overwhelming demand for this I am removing the other 6 slots.

If winner wants I will redeed small house and give deed.

Since I can't get up with scribbles today and he is new I will cover for his ticket. Just as an FYI I make no money from this raffle, all proceeds go to actual house owner.
