UO Second Age

I'm new to this server have played alot UO few years ago just started again since.
I was wondering, is there a vendor in britain selling fletching tools? cause i can't seem to find any..

Just use a bladed item on a log. There are no fletching tools.

yea i know that but how do you make bows arrows n stuff like that then ?

You simply use a knife on a log/board and a menu opens up allowing you to make bows and arrows and all that stuff assuming you have the proper materials in your backpack.
