What is your basis for the claim of good traffic? I.E. how do you know? Also, how many people per hour is 'good traffic'?

i replaced that house, someone didnt refresh it.
this spot was my first house back in 09 for like 3 months, and there is a decent traffic in the main time.
i cant say how many ppl per hour since i didnt stay inside and wrote every random ppl who crossed my house down in
a book :]. but its close to the moongate and new ppl used to run from brit to trin etc.
