what skill level does it become possible to fish up MiBs and does a GM fisher still fish up serpents?

to fish up the mib them selfs you need to be gm if you have one that you bought you can have any skill level to sail to the sos and fish it up.

so at what skill level do you stop fishing up serpents?

i can still fish them up at 100. best thing to do is get on long sailing lines and sail a spot fish / sail a spot then fish. good easy way to get mibs

I thought you were supposed to stop fishing up serpents at GM.

GM Fishing is also known to occasionally pull in the rare spawn monster "Vhyxuspiratus".
