yes cooking. get like 1k raw fishsteaks set some cooking macro and raise it to 10. drope it again with herding or musican ship and repeat it. ull be at 100 int in like 35min

Arsen is right. Camping is faster, but it's much easier to just get a bunch of fishsteaks rather than bladed-item-ing trees or buying kindling.

I thought eval int is the best way, looping it with razor.

Easier, sure, but you can cook 10 fishsteaks for every one eval try.
I am assuming the OP has his char close to finished. If not, then work your skills normally and the stats will go up.
Personally what I do whenever I create a new char, is to leave him macroing herding overnight. And if by morning I still need stats, lumberjack 2 full backpacks, and work camping by turnin the logs to kindling seems to do the trick.

i use that method for str and int i do herding for ten seconds on a for loop and then 1 spirt speak as ones a skill and ones a action. for dex i use snooping same method same idea its a action you could in theory use a dex raising skill every time 10 seconds expires
