Was scammed by a skilled midget, because I put trust in him due to the fact that he was a guildmate.


A skilled midget is brothers with/also plays as Trix the rabbit.

Known characters used by these two are: A skilled midget, Lord Infectious(?), Generic Player, Trix the rabbit.

I must admit. Good try. Your post was at 7:02pm LONG after this deal had gone down and you had lost your towers. I find it cleaver, you thought maybe this would work. However deal went down IN game. WITHOUT a forums post, though I tried to warn you prior too. I scamed your towers around 3:40pm. LONG before this thread. Cheers.

No I'm not forum scamming.

A skilled midget was a guildmate of mine, so I figured no broker was necessary. Obviously I was wrong.

And despite what he says, this post was made before the trade. But for some reason I trusted him enough to not wait for his reply in this. I've been here for 3 years, I'm not about to start scamming people, I've done countless big trades on this server without the use of a broker, and working on the honor system and I've never had a problem until now.

I guess I learned my lesson for being trusting.

No, that would mean askilledmidget scammed him doofus dawinter, he made that post to get attention of his scam.

I feel you mrbojangles, let me know if you need a temporary place or anything like that got multiple empty towers. I am sure you are much better established than myself but if there is anything I can do to help, I would be more than happy to. Anyone scamming for pixels must have some serious issues in real life so you can at least take solace in the fact that you are not a whacko like that dirty scammer.

Making a post to get attention of him being scamed ; compared to posting a forums post AFTER a deal, to try and get back at what he lost. Two huge differences. Multiple people had checked forums leading up to the seconds before you handed me the towers. Again Good try. A guild mate of yours? This is UO kid. Being in a guild i'm in for a week and NOT being active in that guild, means nothing to me. If you were someone I hung out with....different sure,but that is not the case. I TRIED to have you post a forums post prior to our trade, and you ingored it. Thus you lost 900k. Thanks again. SMOOTH trade. LOL

Midget that's not nice what you did, and whether you were active in that guild or just joined it doesn't matter. In both cases you were part of it. Make the right decision and give towers back

I see nowhere in his post does mrbojangles say he is looking to get his towers back.
This thread has one obvious reason - to let people know A Skilled Midgetis a scammer.
This has also been confirmed by A Skilled Midget... So people now have no reason to do business with the guy.
Sucks for mrbojangles but it happens, sorry for your loss man - never trust anyone in this game no matter what, a lesson I learned on OSI many years ago.
