Sheafs of Wheat (not Hay) Peculiarity

Hello all, does anyone remember trying to feed your horse sheafs of wheat in T2A and it never working?
I do, and I remember being frustrate about it... horses wouldn't eat the sheafs of wheat...
I know this is a recent post (2007) but it talks about a long standing bug with animals not eating wheat sheafs...
While this is pretty low priority I thought i'd share it anyways..
