Selling Moonglow Island Small Near Guard Zone

I am selling this Moonglow island small in a great location. Only 1.5 screens away from the guard zone and a short walk away from the North city gate. It has only one neighbor to the South and is right on the water for docking your boat. There is very minimal spawn here; only the occasional mongbat and headless. This would be a great home for a lumberjack or fisherman. Starting bidding at deed +5k.
