just curious, is it blessed? And do you get these when acct is 1 yr old or only if you started on server birth + 1 yr?

I have been here forever and have not once gotten one of those.

This was a gift for the shard's anniversary last december. You got one based on account age, I got 2 and missed a 3rd one because my 3rd account is 5 days after the anniversary so hadn't been around for a whole year.
