Mage Questions

I'm finally getting around to making a mage, and as those of you know from irc. I'm going against the grain and not making a tank.

I've played plenty of mages from tank mages, nox mages, roach mages, etc... and in a lot of different OSI eras. It's hard to keep track of whats what. So, I've a few questions if I can get some answers great. If not, I'll figure it out when I hit the field.

Do all debuffs disrupt?
Does casting poison on someone while they are casting disrupt?
Does the DoT dmg from Poison disrupt?
Does Mind Blast deal dmg off the difference between Int/Dex here?
Does Magic Arrow disrupt/Fireball disrupt?

I've watched a lot of 1v1's in the arena and rarely see anyone cast these spells and have often wondered why. So, before I find via dirtnaps by thinking something works a certain way. I figured I'd ask first.

1. Debuffs only disrupt if not already applied.
2. Poison does not immediately disrupt if casted on someone that is casting a spell.
3. Yes, DOT damage from poison ticks has a chance to disrupt. Go to #5 for this description.
4. Currently mind blast deals damage based on Int vs Int of the caster and target.
5. Spell disruption is based on the amount of damage you take. The lower the damage the lesser chance that it will disrupt someone.

Hope that answers most of your questions.
