Bidding starts @ Deed
Moongate house
The house will be transferred to the winning bidder within 48 hours (usually less, work permitting) using a UOSA recognized broker (if deemed necessary.)

I can't believe no new people are bidding on this. It is a great start up house, close to the moongate and in a relatively safe area. This is worth a good deal more than just the deed!
Great real-estate bump!
