Bugged treasure location?

I came upon the following treasure map and was unable to locate its position even after consulting the online guides on treasure chest locations. If someone could confirm whether or not this is a valid map location, that would be great.

Edit - Or did you mean there was no treasure at the location? If so my post's probably not much help.

No, you found the correct location -- which was what I was looking for. I think I had continually clicked on the wrong general area on the THB archive (right next to the correct one) and incorrectly concluded that the map location did not exist.

The inability to coordinate a map with a spoiler website should not be considered a bug. Moving to discussion forum.
