Just off the road, quiet area, south of the museum. Plot fits brick, 2 story, or patio.

Unlike the brick selling just east of this one for a small deed over, this is an auction. Bidding starts at Brick deed + small deed. Buyout is Brick deed + 100k.

Bid: Brick Deed + Small Deed

Yeah Ulor and I are pitching in together! On a long hiatus, and want to return and get established in a nice house. Spent every last penny we have to hopefully get it.

p.s. I know there are other houses available on the market, but we like the location for our needs.

Status on this? I PM'ed with no response. Just curious. Been holding off on buying a house all week for this place. Hope we can do a deal!
Thanks!

As previous post stated, auction ran through today. Old friend is purchasing the brick so the auction is closed.

Fattymagic- since you were so patient, I will sell you the brick to the east of it (look at the small radar picture in this post, it's the second brick on the far right) for deed price.

off topic but..

does this mean you are abandoning the [PEE] area/town?

Or just the northern region?

Well I was thinking about it now, and actually I'm going to pass on your offer, as good as it is. I had top bid from what I saw.. waited all week and got undercut by someone not on the bid list. Oh well, Ulor and I will find another place to live. Thanks anyways HC.

I thought that if a bidder wins a posted auction on this server, then it's a deal. Pretty shady, HardCore. Caveat emptor.

why start shit with hardcore whos been here before time. The magic guy who was lookin to buy it seemed just as happy to have the other brick and i would of done the same thing of my good friend wanted or needed the house.

That's fine, I'm not trying to start anything with HC - I just am bummed I didn't get the place I thought I was bidding on. So be UO. There will be plenty of other places around that might be right where I want it.

Paint it however you want to. Still a lame move and against server rules to put something up for auction and then reneg.

Yeah man...communication can go a long way. From what it looks like, it was bid on and 0 communication was given and then suddenly it's over and the top bidder loses....

I only comment here because I was asked to broker because he thought he had won.
